d**n, anything i think of you've already watched. an action romance is romeoxjuliet. a romantic comedy (but doesn't have action via fighting) is ouran high school host club.

-Kyouran kazoku nikki <a little lacking on romance

-Blood+ <I dont think there is any comedy in this at all...

-Zombie-Loan <Its pretty much completely lacking on romance but its one of my most favorite anime and i am one who only loves romance anime so this one had to have been good.

-Code Geass <also quite lacking on romance.

Sorry this is all i can give you. Not all of them have much romance but they are still touchy feely i guess is the right words, and a lot are girly shoujo-ish. You  have seen almost all the action/romance/comedy anime i can think of.
