Is there any other coffee shop other than starbucks or coffe bean in chula vista?

alright well i live in eastlake chula vista if you know where that is.. its super suburbs. but like i want to find a place thats a cool place to hang out im teen. like a cool coffee shop that play live bands. becuase starbucks and the coffee bean took over. i hate HATE HATE it so anyone know a cool place ?
