  1. well, yes. cect phones are okay but a lot of ebay phones are buggy and you can end up out of money as sellers are in China. The Sciphone D990i is a good model because it has java which means you can download games / apps. the m99i miphone w/ wifi and windows mobile is not cheap but is the newest iclone out...


  2. look for ebay - there should be some other Chinese manufacturers. But CECT is probably well-known and makes quite a good things. (Anyway, if you believe that c**p can be good.)
