Is there any other connection machine ?

hey every one ,my story is i got a friend and she is my best friend and now she went to usa and i can't see her anymore ,maybe after 2years anyway ,and the connection here is very very bad (no phones,sell phones,'net,nothing' at all) so is there any connection machine except (mobile and any other phone machines ,net )oh and about the letters forget it there is no mail serves in out country.thanks .

Amateur radio. You both need licenses, equipment, antennas and good band conditions. Might be more than you are willing to invest, but will work.

Now days, there is satellite phone systems as well as satellite Internet.
