Is there any other religion besides Christianity that has founder of that religion not claiming to be a messenger or prophet from God, but instead claims to be God Himself?

The Jewish Faith.  God claimed to be God to them!

A lot of religions don't have founders, so it's kind of a loaded question.

The Egyptians sometimes believed that the Pharoah was a god in human form.
