Question:

Is there any other way to do the splits besides stretching everyday?because i really want to do the splits!?

like can someone push u all the way down while your trying to do the splits?and if they can will u be able to walk?because i kno i'll be in pain if so.

  1. If you are not ready for the splits and someone pushes you down, you run the risk of becoming seriously injured, for life. If you really want to do the splits than you should work for them. No one is born able to do the splits, everyone that has them has worked for them and you should too.


  2. i do not recommend it!!!!

    the best way is to be patient and stretch everyday.

    you can sit in them as far as you can go.

    i wouldn't have somebody push you all the way down, because you could pull a muscle.

    and you don't want to risk that because if you pull a muscle down there, you have to wait for it to heal and you wouldn't be able to do any jumps, any tumbling, and def not the splits!!

    just stretch everyday, mine are all the way down and i just stretched.
