Is there any other way to get rid of weevil worms in cats?

My cat has a tiny hole in his neck that is coming from a weevil worm. i was wondering if there was any other way of getting rid of it with out taking him to the vet?

Take him to the vet - there should not be any worms coming out of your cat

If you're not squeamish, and the cat is especially cooperative, then you can sort of pop the worm out, but it's really best left for the vet.  You'll probably get antibiotics for after, also.  The are really disgusting looking things, aren't they?
