  1. There are no accredited colleges or universities in the US offering degrees in parapsychology or paranormal research.  There are very few colleges that have people working in those fields on the faculty.  That's because they've never found anything that stood up the standards of science.  Your best bet is to get a real science degree - probably psychology or physics - and go from there - but no one is hiring paranormal researchers.  Joe Nickell is possibly the only person actually getting paid to do paranormal research.

  2. Franklin Pierce University (link below), a fully accredited U.S. university, offers a minor in parapsychology with a degree in psychology at the undergraduate (bachelors) level.

Other colleges in the U.S. like Saybrook (link below), Institute of Transpersonal Psychology (link below), California Institute of Integral Studies (link below) offer courses in many parapsychology related subjects as well as research methods. Some of these offer distant learning options while others do not.

There are also opportunities for learning parapsychology from other institutions that offer training like the Rhine Research Center (link below) and the Institute for Noetic Sciences (link below).

There are several universities outside of the US that offer education in parapsychology including:

    Lund University (Sweden)

    Utrecht University (Netherlands)

    University of Adelaide (Australia)

    University of Edinburgh (UK)

which is about to offer an online parapsychology course

Most full members of the Parapsychological Association (link below) hold doctoral degrees in a conventional science (physics, engineering, medicine, psychology).

It is possible to do a masters thesis or doctoral dissertation on a parapsychology subject. In fact perhaps the most famous was Carl Jung who did his on the psychological study of a trance medium.

  3. No.  In fact there aren't any parapsychological research colleges anywhere on the planet.  Well, actually I think there's one in Edinburgh, but that's no better than a correspondence school.
