Is there any particular good birth control with no bad side effects?

i have been on pills (different kinds) and they give me bad headaches,... but i have had the patch once,.. but stopped,.. now im spotting and there are new researchs that say they are causing health issues. Both pill and patch!!

You might like to try a Family Planning Clinic & look at the different options available. There are intra uterine devices and other means (eg cap). I do hope you find something workable for you soon. UK
