Is there any particular position that is best to make a baby?

i need advice now i am ovulating and trying to get pregnant i need some thing asap

try after s*x laying on your bed and propping your feet up, elevate them maybe on the wall or a lot of pillows, u know use gravity so the sperm doesn't have nowhere to go except towards your eggs! dont let the sperm come out of you.

Nope..just alot of s*x..I would not do it with you on top though...gravity pulls the sperm down..but you can still get pregnant that way.

s*x is s*x...the timing is the main thing, we have 3 boys and it was all done different ways....

Missionary!!! Make sure you don't get up right after s*x as well ... keep those little swimmers in there as long as possible :-)

I have actually known people that had problems conceiving and were told..during times of ovulation...stand the woman on her head, holding her legs in the air.  The "shot" will go as far up her canal as possible.  HUGS!!

Not really.  You can put your hips up after s*x, just to be sure, but the speed that ejaculate enters your body is fast enough that it gets up in there quickly and right where it should.

I have conceived twice.  One time i got up immediately after s*x.  The second time I stayed in bed for the night.  If your partner has healthy sperm and a good sperm count, you will be just fine

any deep penetration position once he's about to ejaculate, and don't get up right away let the little guys get up their.... lol
