there aren't a lot of "party places" in MoA that can fit that much people unless you plan to reserve Friday's... there's Gram's Diner but i think it'll only fit 50 people max.

it would be best if you go to MoA, ask around, and find out for yourself.

I would suggest the Dampa along Macapagal Ave instead. It would be cheaper because you'd be buying the food from the market and just pay the restaurant their cooking fees. You'll get more for your money that way.
