Is there any place I can get free 10-K reports in PDF format?

I'm looking to review 10-K reports, but I can't find them for free in PDF or Word format. Does anyone know where you can get them in one of these formats for free or at a low cost? For example, I'm looking for Merrill Lynch's 10-K in PDF or Word format and I see they have the 2007 Annual Report on their website in PDF. However, this report seems different than a 10-K. I don't see any Auditor's Report in that Annual Report on their website. Edgar's website says they have SEC filings in PDF format, but the membership seems to be over $1,200/yr.

a 10-k is an annual report.

a 10-q is a quarterly report.

10-k's are audited per Sox. (the 10-q's aren't)

edgar has everything for free.  or you can go the the investor relations section of almost any company's website.  or, go to yahoo finance, and get the investor relations contact info for the companies, and they can email you a .pdf or mail you a hard copy.
