not only in taxi's or even cigarettes but in everything .it's not considered polite not to offer some of what u're having to somebody else..that you might not even know

I am Egyptian and I say that those things come coz Egyptian people r really kind that they dont like you to eat while someone else is beside him so that means that they r true kind and now I am at saudi and I dont like Hindi and Pakistani taxi drivers as they r silent just like te chair which I am sitting on and about that taxi drivers(beyfaslo fe el ogra) thats their right as the oil prices are now soo high so its a normal thing that they ask for more money nowdays and the taxis are relativly low instead that oil prices are high nowdays as taxis here ask for  15 Riyals atleast in the smallest distances instead that saudi is one of the riches countries coz of oil.....eeeh 3ayezhom yedfa3o el zeyaada men gebhom

Is there a taxi driver anywhere in the WORLD who talks & open topics with the passanger (regardless to the passanger's gender) ??

Yes ya egypty, and they offer sandwiches also mostly "fool" webeysamemo (lazem te2ool enak lessa wakel 7alan) :D

and for cigarette, say u r not smoker and that works for me because i am not smoker :)

I don't like this, I mean we here in Egypt want everyone to be like us and to do the same as we do, and if not, then this person is not good one.
