Is there any place here in the states you can exchange chinese money to dollars?

I have gone to every branch in my town which has about 200thousand people and no luck no bank will exchange it...what to do

Any Bank will exchange the money. Just go to the teller, they'll take the money, their computer will give them an exchange rate + plus a fee for the bank. And within seconds, you'll have your US Dollars.

Any bank which exchanges international currency can do this.

Annoyingly, the bank closest to me does not do this, so they told me which bank to go to (about 2 miles away).

if your near any airport go inside one of them and you can exchange most any countries currency to american dollars .these exchange office are usually located along the business sections inside the airports you can have access to them without going through security good luck.
