  1. finish master has a machine to exact match the paint

  2. Your local dealer's parts department can tell you, and sell you the right paint.

  3. Find the color code this website should help

    http://www.carpaint.co.uk/colour_code.ht...

UK site but information will apply to many international makes.

  4. go to your auto parts store and go to the duplicolor section you'll need the numbers from your glove compartment sticker

  5. either the dealer or a paint shop should be able to help you.

  6. if you have the original color code off the vehicle you can use this web site it will tell you what the code is and will give you the color of it ,but you have to get the code off the car before you can find it, but its located on the specs tag for the vehicle this site will have it listed, good luck,http://www.duplicolor.com/products/paint...

  7. your vin number has a letter code that specifies the original color also duplicolor has small spray cans of oem colors

  8. Unfortunately paint fades with time. To match the paint exactly you will need an expert or expert machine as previously suggested. Unless your car is brand new finding the "stock" colour may not be your answer! A good painter will be able to make you up some paint very close to match. You will NEVER get a perfect match though!

    Good luck

  9. all cars have a paint code either on a tag under the hood of part of the vin number ..any good paint shop can tell you where it is and then you'll get the exact color it was when it was new..  it would help if i knew what kind of car it was . i might have been able to tell you here..
