Is there any place i can send my beat up comic books to get restored?

Restoration is frowned upon and reduces the value of the comics

CGC does comic restoration, but they give no indication on the cost.  I would send them an email with a description of the comic and see if they will give you a ballpark price.  This is the company made popular for grading and certifying comics.
