Is there any place in India specially where we can recycle used papers mostly concentrating on Bangalore? Bangalore is witnessing a shortage of stationery papers!

I think there already is a lot of paper recycling being done here. Apart from the paper-wallahs who go round on cycles and collect old papers etc from households there are also NGOS who do a lot of this like making bags, and recycled paper. Check out www.visthar.org (Bangalore-based)

In Pondicherry the Aurobindo Ashram people do a lot of handmade paper stuff.

In Delhi there's a place called Sukriti Imprint.

As far as I know, all these are done with recycled old paper.
