Is there any place on earth not surrounded by probability of?

Question

natural disaster of any form, ie. volcano eruptions, earthquakes, tsunami, hurricane, tornado, etc. If there isnt, then whats the next best place for few geologic acitivy.

Every place on Earth has a PROBABILITY of natural disaster.  That's what a probability is...a chance, no matter how slim.

the  earths exo-sphere is natural disaster free but... not enough oxygen for you to reach that elavation with out a space shuttle

and there is no definate boundry between the exo-sphere and space

North Dakota and Saskatchewan are among the safest... unless you count blizzards.

You need to find areas of stable continental crust, which are not exposed to fluctuating weather patterns, to find the LOWEST probability.  Possibly the best candidate is Central Australia, although it is very arid.  The Sahara might be another possibility.Other places such as the Canadian shield and Russia are too near the poles, and subject to a wide climatic variation.
