I guess u mean in Bombay - Thai Pavillion (if it is still there...) in The President or Taj, I think

yes instead of five stars u can get in taibola at marren drive

If budget is not an issue, Thai Pavilion in Taj President, Cuffe Parade is by far the best.

Less pricey, yet expensive too, is Thai Banh in Pali Naka, Bandra.

Inexpensive, but also very good is Lemon Grass on Turner Rd, Bandra.

Another option that comes to mind is Joss at Kala Ghoda. A bit expensive tho.
