I'm a little biased but:

It may not show "all" the most recent commercials, but you'll find all the good ones (or at least ones that are interesting/talked about). Completely free (although if you wanted to help with the cost of hosting the website, you could always click a link or two in the "sponsored links" section... regardless the site is completely free).
