  1. If you join an individual course or a country club, you can then usually golf for free all year after that.  Most clubs have you pay cart fees, however, so just save money and walk!!

  2. There are a few courses that have a one day fee.  For example, in Livermore,CA the Mountain House course has free replays on Sundays.  I could see playing three rounds as a possibility, four a stretch.

  3. Most courses offer memberships that allow you to play for free or the cost of a cart for an entire season.

But from your question, it sounds like you are looking for vacation packages. Depending on your desired destination, number of golfers in your party, length of vacation, and time of year, you should be able to find SOMETHING that meets your needs.

Once you know where you want to vacation, try searching the Internet with "all inclusive golf {destination}" and you should find plenty of results that will at least give you an idea of what's available.

Popular destinations in America for golf include Myrtle Beach, SC, and Pinehurst, NC, along with the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail in Alabama.
