Is there any point in supplementing BCAA's and Protein Powder together?

  1. If your are a vegetarian eggs,dairy,and soy will give you everything you need.


  2. No, the powder has all the essential amino's in it.

    BCAA's should be taken either on an empty stomach in the morning and an hour before and after working out to help preserved your muscle.

  3. Your stomach will destroy the BCAA's before they can be absorbed and protein powder is freaking expensive.  

    Drink a glass of milk or eat some eggs instead.  Easier to absorb, easier to afford.
