So Geelong look the best and they say now we are all playing for second...

my question is who is going to beat them

I have to say the Kangaroos are looking quite good right they seem to beat all the top sides or come close...

We know they can struggle on form so it there anyone else?

The cats home run is:

richmond

melbourne

sydney

north

eagles...

any hope for any of those teams

will any teams threaten come finals?

only team 2 threaten come finals will be hawks once again but cats will win because they will have the stars back and hawks will crack under the pressure...

i would like 2 think that lions would have a chance but their performance over the past month or so has been shocking..

we might as well give up now if we cant play (competitively) interstate..

**I think there are several teams that are capable of beating Geelong.  You've only got to look at how close Hawthorn came last weekend to know that it's very possible and it'll make the finals very exciting.

As for the Cats run home, anything is possible but I think the biggest threat for them out of the teams they've still got to play are Sydney (in Sydney) and North Melbourne.**

If Geelong are at full strength then the 08' flag is decided.

If they have injuries or suspensions to key players then teams like Hawthorn, bulldogs and maybe Collingwood are half a chance

The Cats have a very easy run home, bar maybe the Swans and North.

I'm hoping Richmond can cause an upset, it would just make things more interesting come finals time.

Now Geelong deserve to be in the position they are in, they are a great footy team playing some fantastic footy. However, I just think that for such an exciting and tight season (Positions 4th to 12th on the ladder), we shouldn't already know who's going to win the flag!

Geelong will be fine, no one will beat us for the rest of the round we have versed the top 2 sides and shown how good we are as for Richmond causing an upset lozz... magpies girl your dreaming the cats will slaughter them and ill be laughing!!!

Nah but seriously.

Eagles and Melbourne don't  have a chance what so ever, although freo did just lose to geelong by one point. Richmond are improving, maybe north - but i still don't think so, and Sydney well they lost to Adelaide so out of those teams i think geelong will go undefeated.
