  1. wow nooooooo haven't you heard that preparing your food well prevents or lessens the chance for getting thing like slmonella and what not so overcooking you egg is better than undercooking it

also when making cake and things like that that involve raw eggs i suggest not l*****g the bowl anymore

  2. No, I haven't heard of any disease in an overcooked egg.  But it may not taste real good..

  3. its not very wise to overcook or undercook any food but if you overcook the egg all the bacteria should be killed. I suggest you get a food thermometer so you know right when your food is cooked. You wont be so parinoid when you cook.. They are cheap like 3$ and you can buy them at walmart or target.

  4. Salmonella is not a 'substance' so much as an organisim. When you cook the eggs, the heat kills any salmonella. So no, it's not like a chemical in your egg that if you don't cook them it won't go away. There is nothing wrong with over cooked eggs other than them tasting bad!

  5. Well if you cook it the Salmonella goes away.

    So no.  Overcooked is fine.
