Unfortuneatley no.  You can apply for a paypal visa which is accepted at epassporte.com and then load from there.

If you are a US resident, you cannot use Paypal to process payments.  However, you have other options.  There's a service called ePassporte which is a service very similar to Paypal, if not better.  Most major poker sites serving US residents accept them.  The process is similar to setting up a Paypal account.  This method, as well as others are described in more detail at http://dagus-statistics.com/funding.htm where you'll also find bonus codes to each site's best current bonus.  Hope this helps.
