Is there any possibility of a drug interaction between Serc and Gravol?

Novo-betahistine = Serc... and gravol is gravol

I've been trying to find this information through google, but so far no luck?

  1. There have been minor clinical studies held on the possible interaction between Betahistine Dimesylate (SERC) and Dimenhydrinate (Gravol) and no negative review is present. On the contrary, a regimen of dimenhydrinate along with Cinnarizine and betahistine have given positive results in the treatment of patients with otogenic vertigo.
