  1. If you check the periodic table you will find that the 113 elements that we know of cover the range from 1proton/electron to  113 protons/electrons. There would be no place for some newly discovered element to fit in to this range. Any newly discovered element would have to have more than 113 proton/ electrons. It is more than possible that this would be true, just as it is a certainty that with time more elements will be made here on earty with a higher number of protons than 113. Whether these would occur naturally on another planet is a moot point
