Is there any possibility of an element other than our 113,elements out side the earth.

If you check the periodic table you will find that the 113 elements that we know of cover the range from 1proton/electron to  113 protons/electrons. There would be no place for some newly discovered element to fit in to this range. Any newly discovered element would have to have more than 113 proton/ electrons. It is more than possible that this would be true, just as it is a certainty that with time more elements will be made here on earty with a higher number of protons than 113. Whether these would occur naturally on another planet is a moot point
