I know it's unrealistic, but I mean are there any any techniques that I can do that would help me achieve that, I'm 15 and since febuary this year I have been losing weight, so I guess for the past 6 months, I'm almost 5'4 and I weigh 128 lbs, at the start of my diet I was 156 lbs, so I have lost 30 lbs and my goal was to lose atleast 40 lbs, I really want to lose the weight because school starts on september 2 and I want to go back to school being the skinny girl, I want to be the same size as 80% of the girls in my high school, it would mean the world to me to lose the last 10 lbs

  1. your skinny as it is.

and no, 10 pounds in a week is NOT healthy, if you crash diet you could lose it but will quickly gain it back, and probably more.

Stick with what your doing now, exercise on a regular basis and eat healthy.

  2. Ok, one word. DISCIPLINE. I know its probably hard, but you must have discipline or there is NO way you are losing that weight. You have to force yourself not to eat, and to do a little excercising. Maybe invest in a weighloss product or something, but discipline is the absolute most important thing. Whatever you plan to do, it willl be hard, because 10 lb. is a lot, and in order to do something that hard you must have discipline. PUSH yourself to your limit. Do that and you will achieve your goal. Hope this helps!

  3. try eating as healthy as you can, resist the junkfood, take a run everyday, and try some cardio, like swimming laps, or something to get your heart rate up. if you dont lose 10 pounds, you might loose 3-6 pounds. good luck!

  4. possible yes, but unhealthy.

if you have not workout in a while you can drop water weight really fast.

  5. It is possible, but very unhealthy and not recommended unless you have to make weight for sport and under professional supervision.  You shouldn't loose more than 3lbs in a week.  Anything more is just water and is very temporary and very UNHEALTHY.

  6. sorry.. but definitely not.. & i heard that the last 10lbs is always the hardest. 30lbs is a lot already, don't be so hard on yourself. weight isn't everything.

congrats on the weight loss, btw!
