Go to the pages you mentioned and under where they ask for

your password, you'll see "can't remember password?" click

that. it's going to ask you for your e-mail address/ enter it/ then

it's going to send you another password. you can either keep

the password they send you or replace it with a different one,

which is recommended. Either way, once you get your passwords, make sure you write them down and put them somewhere safe.
