My girlfriend and I are fighting on this one. For details, we're talking about a full grown adult polar bear, and we're not including humans.

  1. The actual general answer is no. However, there has been confirmed, yet rare reported history of Killer Whales (Orca's) killing them.

  2. No. Bears are at the top of the food chain. If you put a bear in a tank with a Great White Shark it would probably lose, but it has no natural predators - most large predators don't.

  3. None except hunters.

  4. Nope.

  5. apart from man the polar bear has no enemies, if we except the walrus that may gore it in self-defence.

  6. Polar bears are the world's largest land predators. They top the food chain in the Arctic, where they prey primarily on seals.

  7. There is no natural predator to the polar bear. Long time ago there was the saber tooth cat etc.

  8. I'm pretty sure killer whales are a predator.

  9. i guess no.. but human is one if u consider it to be in this category

  10. the main predator to the polar bears at the moment is global warming, its not humans but it is man made

  11. The polar bear has no natural predators other than humans. The polar bear actually plays a key role in its' habitat by being the apex predator.

This might be because it is the worlds largest predator found on land, can weigh up to 1300lbs, and is a pure-blooded carnivore.

note: despite this, the polar bear is classified as a vulnerable species due to the disappearance of their habitat.

  12. There is no natural predator to the polar bear (Ursus maritimus).
