Is there any problem if i married a Islam girl but in her country I must be muslim?

Accepting Islam means you can believe in ONE God. How is that so hard or wrong?    All you have to say is        LaIlahaillalah.  (There is only one God) Which will solve your problem in more ways than one.

I'm going to assume that you would have married this girl in a non-Muslim country.

If her home country required its citizens to marry only other Muslims,  the biggest problem would be that she would probably never be able to go back, at least not if you were with her.  She might not be able to go back under any circumstances.

Yes. The problem is that you would have to convert to a religion that you do not believe in just to get married. Religion, or lack thereof, is too serious an issue to be decided in that way.

PS: I dislike Islam in particular, but my answer would be the same regardless of the religion invovled.
