Is there any problem to get G1 Visa in my country even I stayed here for 6 yrs with no documents?

The German Embassy is employing me to work but they want me to get my G1 visa in the Philipiines where I was born? Is there any problem even I stayed here in US for 6 yrs with out documnents?

Having a record as an illegal alien in one country can sour your record with other countries.  You will have to get your visa for Germany in the Philippines.  You have to leave the US and return to the Philippines, and it is better to go voluntarily.  If you are deported, you have no chance whatsoever.
