Is there any products out there to surround baby in crib?

My baby is 4 months old and currently sleeps in a glider that is snug around him. When I attempt to put him in the crib he seems to have to much room to move around and wakes himself up many times during the night(he does get a full night sleep in the glider). He will soon out grow this glider and would like to transition him to his crib. I have tried changing pad in crib and doesnt work. And he doesnt like to be swaddled. Any Ideas? thank you

  1. Greetings, I would suggest using growbags/sleeping bags for babies as this will keep him from kicking the blankets off and also will be a comfortable snug fit.  I used baby quilts with the zip up sides for my other two children when they were in the cot and they had no problem with it and I had piece of mind knowing that they would not feel cold at night if they were to kick around in their sleep.  Cheers;-)

  2. id say rxing's answer is spot on

  3. get a sleep position-er..... I have seen these at target......or else they also make these co-sleepers..... that have little side walls.... very similar to the sleep position-er.... either on should do they trick..... they will keep your baby secure and in place.

  4. Well there are those things that keep them from rolling over, they look pretty snug.  I cannot think of their name though.

    Ooops.  Here is one.

  5. Babies are alot more flexible than you think, and babies tend to flip flop their sleeping schedules ALOT! so, I'd suggest just trying the day time naps in the crib and night time sleep in the glider until he gets used to his own crib.
