Is there any program or software out there that can turn on my computer automatically?

Not rly, as far as I know. But some newer computer have that as a built in option, you just gotta be rly techie. It is actually integrated into my motherboard, so yah...

Well I think you already know the answer to your question.  The only computers that I know that will allow for this is the Apple Macintosh...which is what I'm using.

So...maybe it's time to think about switching to a Macintosh....?

No idea what you're talking about with the description, but anyway... I don't think there is, because you need an OS to run software, and the OS isn't running when the computer is off. Your computer (the actual computer's primitive programming) or some piece of hardware would have to do that.
