there are keystroke programs that will save everything typed into your computer, but it would not be a safe thing to save them all in your computer, because if someone hacks your system, then they have access to everything.

go get a notebook and write them all down, or type them up in Word, print it but don't save. Put the paper or notebook somewhere you can remember.
