Is there any program that tells u about all the updates?

For ex. that tells u the latest version of firefox adobe etc has been released for download like that

I can only tell you about the Mac version of a widget that does that. I don't know if there is one for windows.

It is App Update.

This free widget (gadget in Windows - speak) scans the applications on your computer and then checks to see if there is an update. If you want the update it will automatically tell your download manager to get the update.

Once started it will work in the background until you are ready to check on what is available for your Mac.

Update programs are terrible.  Stay away from them.

Most programs do their own update checking.
