Is there any program that would let me resize and image. to make it bigger or smaller?

i wanna resize a big picture, i wanna make it a small thumnail. and then i wanna resize a small picure and make it bigger, without loosing quality or i dont want it to doesnt look right.

  2. Irfanview is a free download that will resize a picture nicely.  Picasa is another.  Search for their names to find how to download them.

  4. You could make a picture smaller by putting it on a word document or something similar, then making it smaller, then taking a screen shot and putting it on paint and saving it.  You can't make a small picture bigger without losing the quality really.

  5. Try Viagra workshop pro lol Joking, Anyway adobe photoshop Can resize images w/out losing its quality but you have to pay for it. I don't know of any programs that are for free that do this, someone else might know.

  6. Im tellin ya this free program is really user friendly and it makes resizing a breeze. Its what I use anytime I dont wanna spend to much time in photoshop and still want quality results.

  7. Its Something called the GIMP...at least thats what i use.

    its pretty much a free version of Photoshop. it can be confusing to some and a godsend to others.

  11. Go to http://www.getpaint.net and get their free software. It's learning curve isn't as steep as Photoshop, but you can do all kinds of things with it, and resizing photos is a snap.

    There are plenty of free tutorials to help you use it.

    It's the main program I use for my websites.
