Is there any programme that I can return photos to normal?

I have a photo that I by mistake made it black and white.

Is there a way to return it to normal?

(I've lost the original pic)

depends on what programme you used to made it black and white.

some if you open back, you could open the recent or history pictures that had been edited. try and see yours.

Yes - you need to practice some colour correction with Gimp - sorry but there is NO easy way to do it.
