Yes. There are actually several. unfortunetley, most are illegal and unable to download. Or it costs you to download.

and then you can download thousands of songs, movies, videos, softwares etc..... for Free. Or you can download LIMEWIRE PRO but that costs, but its alot better and faster.

If you're in college, try Ruckus.com   free for college students, however you cannot burn the downloaded music.  You can only play it on your computer you downloaded it to.
