The NTUC Bishan "Happy Days", NTUC Lot 1 at Chua Chu Kang; and many NTUC clubs, very cheap drink if you are a union member. E-mail me , if you need a company. thank you!

Have you made it over to Raffles Hotel? Last time I was there, they had a nice quiet lounge. Also, the Concierge would be able to direct you to the type of establishments you are looking for.

carriage bar @ york hotel,they have a live band playing,good music,nice environment and the drinks price are pretty reasonable.The other would be club 5 @ plaza hotel... both are pretty popular with people above 40..
