Is there any radio for muslims or shop for Ramadan in South England?

Hi, I am spending Ramadan in UK for the 1st time, near Reading/Camberley. Is there any muslim radio to know time to eat during Ramadan or a place to buy dates?

Any local supermarket would have dates.. mostly ones run by asians =)
