Is there any raw fish in KANI ROLL?

I know there's very little or no raw fish in california roll. If there's raw fish in kani roll, is it a lot? And if so, which type of sushi without raw fish would you recommend me?

I recommend you try something other than rolls, like nigiri, which doesn't have to have raw fish.  There are things like unagi (cooked eel) and tomago (basically, scrambled egg) which can come in a nigiri form.  

If you're really insistent that sushi is only rolls, which most Americans seem to be, then I would recommend something like a shrimp tempura roll.

The English translation of the word for the Japanese word "kani" is crab.   From the purest sense of the word then, there is no raw "fish" in a kani roll.  However, there is steamed/cooked crab (which is a shellfish).

There are multiple variations of kani (crab) sushi rolls.  Here are some of them:

CRAB - Kani

Roll form:  lr = large roll,  io = inside out roll,  sr = small roll

Ingredients: avo = avocado,  cuc = cucumber,  cream = cream cheese  

California Roll: lr, crab, avo, cuc

California Roll: io, crab, avo, cuc - seed outside

California Roll Special:  io, crab, avo, cuc - cap/seed outside

Crab Asparagus Roll:  io, crab, asparagus - seed ouside

San Diego Roll: lr, crab, avo, cuc, cream

San Diego Roll: io, crab, avo, cuc, cream - cap/seed outside

Spicy Crab Roll:  io, crab, avo, cuc, spicy - cap/seed outside  

There are a number of different vegetables that you substitute for the crab if you want vegan-type sushi.  Here are some ideas of fillings that work well:

cucumber

zucchini

green bell pepper

red bell pepper

carrots

daikon radish

asparagus

scallions

mushrooms

sesame seeds

avocado

fresh spinach

Personally, I like avocado and spinach with sesame seeds.  Delicious!
