Is there any real mexican food in vancouver, bc?

I am looking for a small family run place that serves things like sopes, carnitas, and carne asada

or real ensenada style fish tacos

  1. No baby...you got to make a run for the boarder...and then run to another boarder...and you'll be in Mexican food haven.

    in Ensanda they don't use fish, but GATO, lol

  3. i know i wont be much help here but when i lived in van oh 15 yrs ago there was a gr8 mexican place in north van...cant remember the name but it was central to the little ferry and was a fun upbeat place!

    maybe you should open one!!!!!
