  1. The Realtor wants the sell, but they cannot disclose certain things to the seller. Like how high you will really go to purchase a house. So the Realtor is working for YOU when you are buying. But they will do just about anything for that sale..

    So they will want you to buy..so they do whatever it takes to get YOU to buy that house..So again, they are working with you to get that house. Helping the seller will NOT help them.
