Actually, I didn't know Qatar produced refugees.  Do you mean "emigrants" -- i.e. simply a Qatari living outside of Qatar?

yes, there are many people who asked refugees  to other countries,coming from Qatar; now? as to where?which location they actually went? nobody has an exact record of this;

I doubt you can get approved. Qatar is not on the list as a country that qualifies. But you can always try

It is highly unlikely that any citizens of Qatar would ever qualify for refugee status in any country.  There simply are no grounds under UN regulations for refugee status.  In fact, there are refugees from other countries in Qatar because it is perceived as a safe haven from political persecution, torture, etc.
