Is there any registered agency of Usafis Org in Israel, St.Raanana 43215?

I'm asked to pay money for the green card lottery, but I don't want to be missused,so I'mnot going to pay untill I find it is a reall agency. I'm suspicious. Or how can I find out this?

There is no charge to apply for a chance in the Diversity Visa Program (green card lottery).  It is administered through the US Department of State.  See the website below.  If you pay anyone a fee, you do NOT increase your chances at getting a green card.  Do not be fooled.
