Besides what Tester has told you you can even try Golden Dragon which is inside The Taj in town.Also The Radio Club in Colaba has a seaside Restaurant & Bar but it is only for members so you'll need a member to take you in as a guest.

u could try not just jazz bye the bay...there's US club(colaba)..but u need to b a member....or the old favorite...panipuri on juhu beach!!!
