Is there any restaurant or particular dish that is uniquely Australian?

Australia has a wide variety of cultures and ethnic groups. Sydney in particular has one of the best dining experiences around, but as a recent international transplant, I wonder, is there any style of food, dishes, or restaurants which serve food that can uniquely be called Australian cuisine?
