Is there any restrictions for lee foundation bursaries/ scholarship?

i've given up trying to search for Lee Foundation webpage. i'm aware that we could have write in directly to their office abt the bursaries, but is there any limit, eg nationality, course of study, instituts you enrol (like must be local uni or sth), level of study (eg undergrad only) etc? is it possible for someone who is overseas to apply?

In my opinion if you want to apply fora scholarship you'd better apply to more than one provider. Sometimes you don't have the amount you need from one provider. So maybe you can go to
