If the rest of the dems okay it, is there any statute or law that would prevent his wife from becoming vice president?

  1. Likelihood of his picking his wife as VP - negligible.

Ditto for McCain picking his wife as VP.

Likelyhood of his seeking for her to be the first lady - very high indeed.

  2. It can't happen. The Twelfth Amendment to the Constitution requires that the President and Vice President be from different states.

  3. It would be foolish of him to pick her, she's not the most popular figure in America.

  4. No telling with Dems, I know Opera is likely also!

  5. Oh, I was getting confused by the first part of your question.  I really don't know but I hope there is a law.

  6. No, their isn't.
